The Raytech System 75's are a common sense approach to a totally compact mass finishing operation that incorporates components of the Raytech line. System 75's save labor, space, and are easy to install. Both the System 75 and 75P include the .75 cu. ft. Tumble Dump™ Tumbler, MS-75 separator, and a compound rinsing system for streamlined mass finishing productivity. Separator screens are optional and must be ordered individually. Separating screens for manually separating parts from media. 14-1/2" diameter x 2-1/2" deep (approximately .25 cu. ft.). Also useful for separating undersize media from usable media. Made of high impact polymer with integral screen. One-piece molding eliminates problems with parts and media sticking at the joints of two-piece screens. Stock No. 23-222 comes with set of 5 screens and 1 cu. ft. tote container. Screens nest for storage.

The AVT-250 System employs a combination of the Raytech AVT-250 2.5 Vibratory Tub machine and the MS-75 automatic parts/media separator. This system truly offers a portable mass finishing work center which makes it ideally suited to cellular manufacturing. Features a quiet, less than 80db motor, heavy duty quick change drive, urethane lined tub, self contained compound rinsing system and virtually instant media/parts separation. MS-75 OPTIONAL SEPARATING SCREENS

Incorporates a flow-thru design for compound rinsing. Unit comes with dispensing tank that allows metering of the solution up to 5 hours with a needle valve control. The integral 0-6 hour timer control panel allows tumbler to be directly plugged into base. Use with tumbler models TV-10, AV-18, AV-25 & AV-25SS. Shipping weight is 26 lbs., 2.46 cu. ft. CE.

The MS-75 Media Separator eliminates tedious hand separating of finished parts from either wet or dry media. MS-75 automatically sorts media and parts into two 70 lb. capacity tote boxes.
