PRO DIAMOND SANDING DISCS

Ameritool Pro Diamond Sanding Discs ensure rapid removal of grinding marks and high spots on

gemstones and glass. The key to the fast smoothing action of the disc is diamond resin bonded to a

flexible surface. Ameritool Pro Diamond Sanding Discs are guaranteed to out-perform silicon

carbide discs and diamond compound finishing systems. All pro discs come with a pressure sensitive

adhesive backing. They will adhere to most laps or backing plates. Ameritool Pro Diamond

Sanding Discs must be used wet. These are the same pro discs used on the Universal HD

Grinder.

DIAMOND TOPPERS

Diamond Toppers are the perfect product for commercial cutters and hobbyists alike. Great replacement

for old discs. Simply apply to top of any master backing plate. Each Topper comes with

a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. (Backing plate not included.) These Toppers are the same

high quality as our diamond disc's.

(Master Laps) A precision ground composite backing plate used to back up thin polish discs, Diamond

Toppers, Ameritool Diamond Sanding Discs and silicon carbide discs. Manufactured to

exact precision; flat and parallel within TIR.001. Arbor hole is 1/2".

SPONGE PAD

1/8” Thick sponge disc with pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. Use under diamond sanding and

MINIATURE DIAMOND SANDING DISC SETS

Made to the same specifications as larger discs. Gem carvers use them to smooth and polish detailed gem carving. Used by jewelers to repair a cut or scratch on a stone. Surface of disc has diamond locked into a resin bond. Surface will never crack or peel.

WHITE POLISH PAD

A polish pad used by cutters who want to charge their disc with diamond compound or oxide polish

powders to achieve that mirror polish finish on gemstones and glass. A great substitute for leather

and felt discs. White polish pad will accept diamond compound, powder and all oxide type polishing

powders.
